Security Deposit

ABOUT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT
If you choose not to rollover your security deposit to the next market, security deposits will be refunded within two weeks of completion of the marketplace, based on compliance with the following:
We have received your signed liability release 24 hours before the market.
You bring your own tent, table, chairs, and lighting (we recommend solar or battery-powered lights if you will not be bringing a generator) for your booth space.
You bring your own generator (if needed)
On the day of the market, your booth space needs to be set up by the time listed in load-in instructions.
You remit 5% of sales via the provided donation link or Zelle by the date listed in the load-in instructions. If we don’t receive your remittance by the date provided, we will use the security deposit as the remittance and you will have to purchase another one before you participate in the next market.
If you are eligible and choose to rollover your security deposit to future markets, they are non-refundable once you rollover the 1st time. But you can keep using the same security deposit for future markets, so long as you are in compliance with the above.
