VOUCHERS

  • Some performers/volunteers may receive green raffle tickets to purchase food/drinks.

  • One ticket = $5.

  • If you choose to accept the tickets, you can submit them toward your end of night remittance at $5 per ticket.

IMPORTANT! TRASH INFO

  • Trash receptacles are for attendees only.

  • DON’T use the provided trash receptacles for your booth’s food/drink waste.

  • Bring your trash to the large dumpsters located in the St. Martha’s lot

SCHEDULE

  • IMPORTANT: YOU MUST BE FULLY SET UP BY 5:30PM - TO GET YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT BACK - for additional information on the security deposit see page 2.

    • 3pm: Load-in begins

    • 6pm: TIENDAAN OPENS

    • End of night: Submit REMITTANCE and any vouchers to Janelle or Adam

    • 9pm: TIENDAAN CLOSES/LOAD-OUT BEGINS

WHAT TO BRING 

  • 10x10 tent and walls if you’d like separation from your neighbors

  • Tent weights (in case of wind)

  • Generator if needed for your set-up

  • Any tables/chairs you might need

  • Solar or battery powered lights for your space

  • Trashbags 

    • Vendor trash should be taken to the dumpsters located in the church lot

NOTE: We highly recommend that partners have their sellers permits and/or food handling permits - and bring that onsite the day of the market.

RESTROOMS

  • Restrooms available at St. Martha’s

VOUCHERS

  • Volunteers will receive a number of green raffle tickets that they can use for food or beverage items. Each raffle ticket is $5 each.

  • Please write your business name and amount for reimbursement (must not exceed $5 per voucher) on the voucher and give any vouchers you receive to Trina at the end of the night. 

SECURITY DEPOSIT INFO + REMITTANCE

  • In order to get your security deposit back, your compliance with the following is required: 

    • If you are a new vendor, email your signed liability release before tomorrow’s market to: joycie@tiendaanco-op.com: 

    • You will bring your own tent, table, chairs for your booth space On the day of the market, your booth space needs to be set up by 4:30pm.

VERY IMPORTANT: Remit 5% of your total sales by SUNDAY, MAY 31 by 6pm or you will forfeit your Security Deposit.
